Aparna from My Diverse Kitchen is hosting this month’s ThinkSpice Event, featuring nutmeg as the main ingredient. I had a hard time coming up with an idea on what to do with nutmeg – it is a very common seasoning for cauliflower or mashed potatoes in my part of the world, and it is used in many Indian dishes, but not prominently. In the end, a bowl of fresh organic blueberries and half a tub of mascarpone offered a solution. Mascarpone and Nutmeg Ice Cream
