Foodfreak.de is the food blog of a semi-professional food and travel writer located in Hamburg, Germany. I love Asian food, Slow Food, organic food, tasty food, mediterranean food, good coffee, decent wines, gin, meat (yes, please) as well as great vegetarian cooking, and I am pretty much into traveling. I am not so keen on beets, any kind of nutritional evangelism, rude comments (which will be deleted) and highly processed foods.
