Ich liebe Leberkäse. Can you believe it that I love it with sweet mustard, a fried egg and potato salad? What I like here is the green potato salad! Is there a recipe for that Petra?

The green potato salad is simply boiled jacket potato, boiled egg, and a dressing made of cider vinegar, olive oil, s&p and lots of finely chopped parsley to make an almost salsa verde style dressing (salsa verde is great with potato salad too)
